I've likewise heard confirmation that the "400 Richest Indonesians" list promised in the Globe Asia ad is pure fiction. I was cautious about Unspun's rather uncharitable earlier remarks about Globe Asia, but this fake list stunt really reeks of cycnicism of the lowest order. It also suggests that they have contempt for the readership that that they are purportedly trying to attract by thinking that they'd be stupid to notice that the promised list was not forthcoming, or would swallow the lie - and really, that's what it amounts to, a bare-faced lie - and buy it anyway. I hope that potential readers prove them wrong.
