Now he’s making pronouncements on National Commission for Transportation’s need to upgrade its equipment so that Indonesia would not need help from other countries to help in search and rescues like that for Flight KI 574. The talented Mr Roy also says that the missing plane’s distress beacon would run out by 3pm Wednesday. Is there no limit to the man’s knowledge on all things technological?
