—————————————————————“Media Night at Amigos” will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, from 7 p.m. onwards, featuring a 50% discount on food and drink for all news media members with proper ID.
The event is being held to thank the news media for their coverage of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. The venue is the Amigos Restaurant in the Fabulous Bellagio Mall in Mega Kuningan.
“We want newspaper, magazine and TV people to come, relax and have fun,” said Amigos CEO Ron Mullers. “We truly appreciate all that they do. Or course, everyone’s invited to join in for our usual good food and fun.”
Amigos, founded in 1979, is known for its tasty Tex-Mex cuisine and live music. The “Media Night” band will be “Sambal,” led by TV anchor/columnist Dalton Tanonaka. There will also be a special performance by Orkes Kasih Sayang, playing songs from its newly-released CD.
