The Indonesian PR Practitioners Group – an informal gathering of us PR peeps who feel that something needs to be done to raise standards in this profession – is organizing a networking event this Friday to kick off 2011.
At the event Awie Yudiansyah who heads the media relations practice at Maverick will share the results of a survey on how Indonesian journalists are using the Net these days to connect, to find information and for their work.
With Indonesia and Indonesian journalists going gaga over the Net, especially in Facebook and Twitter, the survey results contain information that all PR practitioners need to be effective in media relations. Be there or revel in your self-imposed cyber exile.
