The National Food and Medicine Monitoring Agency (BPOM), it seems to Unspun, were actually doing their job when they recalled several candies after finding that they contained formaldehyde.
So why is the Legal Aid Institute for Health filing a report against the BPOM head for negligence. If she was negligent the BPOM would not have conducted tests that revealed that several brands of candies contained formaldehyde. And even if they did, if they were truly negligent, they would not have recalled the candies.
So what does the Legal Aid Institute hope to achieve with this move? Discourage the BPOM from doing the right thing and recalling candies that contain formaldehyde?Just doesn’t make sense.
Is this worth a shit-for-brains tag?
