   It’s ironical that while global warming appears to be causing floods everywhere all over the world and the sea level is also rising, the is no water to be had in Australia.

   It’s Coleridge’s classical “…water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink.”

   Singapore started manufacturing their NuWater years ago when there was a water supply and pricing dispute with Malaysia then under Dr Mahathir. I don’t know what has become of the project but I don’t think it has been very popular.

   Again, one man’s misfortune could be another’s opportunity. Perhaps Indonesians and Malaysians can manufacture mineral water or even just drinking water for export to Australia?
