Every wondered how the Wold Bank tried to get the economy moving? Unspun has long suspected it’s by encouraging thrift and finally here’s the proof. Media Indonesia today carried photos of World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz coming out of Selimiye di Edirne Mosque in Turkey, trying to get into this shoes. Darn them! is Unspun’s advice to the World Bank.

    So the only thing positive we can say about the World Bank head honcho is that he practises what he preaches? 🙂 Which, incidentally, still leaves much to desire regarding the body’s philosophy.
