The ever informative Steve Rubel of Micro Persuasion has led me to an interesting wiki for PR hacks who may, like me, want to know everything on the new technologies like blogs and wikis that may change our business: The New PR Wiki.
Started by communications consultant Constantin Basturea, the wiki, in its own words, is:
- a repository of relevant information about how the PR practice is changing
- a collaboration tool for PR professionals and people interested in the practice of public relations
- an open space where anyone can ask questions, post ideas, or start a project.
It has interesting information such as a list of CEOs who blog, Corporations that blog and the issues such as Astroturfing that is affecting the profession. Definitely a site worth checking if, like me, you’re paranoid that the world will move so fast that unless you move faster, you’d be overtaken.
