Now the Iranian President Blogs!

For those of you who wonder where this blogging phonemenon is going consider this: Iranian President Mahmood Ahmadinejad has begun blogging.

His blog is in four languages, including English. His first posting is about himself and there is also a tickbox asking readers to vote yes or no to the question: “Do you think that the US and Israeli intention and goal by attacking Lebanon is pulling the trigger for another word war?”

Maybe the US, Israelis, Lebanese, Syrians and Hezbollah can also get a blog each and start a discussion, or even a word war. Would certainly make more sense than a World War and raining bombs on each other.

  1. Ahmadinejad is a supreme propagandist, it will be interesting to see his methods.

  3. Would mean a whole lot more if this also means that Mr. Ahmadenijad will let Iranian bloggers write more freely. Will he?

  4. Idspatriot: Yes it would be interesting. But I’d withold judgement. One man’s propaganda is another man’s communications.

Ujang: Agree. Why don’t you post that question on Ahmadenijad’s blog and see if he’s sincere in having a naked conversation?
